It does the job well. Very happy with the filter jug. No issues, just great tasting filtered water.

I cannot say I like the taste of the water from the tap, filtered or not so, for me, the flavour is not perfect. But, then, ordering this I was not expecting a magic wand to turn the tap water into the sparkling drops from Parakupá Vená (Venezuela), so I will have to go with what we get here. And it does things to water, this little filter. The water definitely tastes very different. One thing I know - the filter should be replaced once a month and, hopefully, this will at least reduce the amount of forever chemicals that sit in the water we are drinking. This filter is actually a MUST-HAVE for every home in the UK as the amount of forever chemicals in the UK is double of the allowed amount of the same substances anywhere else in Europe. And this magnesium filter removes so many nasties found in our water, I am really relying on it. I used to have this brand for years (years ago) and it was said to be the most reliable filter back then. SO I am keeping my hopes high, fingers crossed and am filtering my water.

I have this Smile Water Filter Pitcher Jug in white in 2.4l capacity.It is nicely shaped basic water jug.Plastic seems to be of a good quality, sturdy and durable.Jug arrived with one A5 Mg bacteriostatic cartridge which is enriched with magnesium.Jug is comfortable to grip, hold and use.Filter does the job well, it filters water well, so it tastes much better.Our water is very hard and heavily chlorinated.It seems that this filter works well as the tea and coffee brews better.The filter is very efficient and replacements are widely available, however enriched with magnesium are quite pricey.I can always use compatible basic filters which are less expensive.I'm using this jug for about 2 weeks now, we drink a lot of tea and the filter still performs perfectly well.Excellent set and very reasonably priced, so I would happily recommend it. I think it should be in every kitchen.

A fairly decent filtered water jug. It holds 2.4L of water and is fantastic to have now in summer. The perfect way to serve filtered, ice cold water.The jug is quite inexpensive and feel of fairly good quality. Not quite as good as the leading brand but it is decent. It reminds me of the supermarket brand ones they sell.I do find it does well at filtering the water. I can taste the difference between my normal tap water and the water from this jug. It feels more refreshing and 'clean'. The filters seem fairly accessible and affordable (they're currently available here on Amazon for £21.99 for 4).Overall, a fairly decent water filter jug. Simple in design but it works!

I used to need to buy bottled water now the water tastes really good and pure I stopped buying bottled waterit saved me a lot of money and it fits very easily into my fridge I feel it up at night and by day it is readyMy kids are really enjoying to fill it up every night.there is no aftertaste.Filters are high qualityI’m very happy with it
