I order this laptop cause the price was good, it came in excellent condition, i was very surprise, because i thought its gonna have some sign or usage, like scratches, etc. Nothing, looks like it was never use, or someone who had it before had to take care of it very well. All clean, nothing broken, not even one scratch. Maybe was never use. I didn't expect being like that, i read some reviews and lots of people complain that theirs had some signs of heavy usage and stuff. This one came perfect. The battery hold the power very well, i'm not sure how long though yet, will post some updates after i'm gonna use it for a while and test it good. So far so good, its a great product for the price, compering to brand new. This one is 2018 model, Inter i-5, 8Gb RAM, 250Gb HD (sata), 14" LED screen, Win 10, works like a champ so far. i would recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to spend $500 or more. this one $177 its a great laptop

I purchased this laptop for my 11years old son as his first machine to use it to play and study and received it today.More than a refurbished is an used laptop.Signs of use on the touchpad and signs as proof that the item has been disassembled to upgrade it.In addition, the power supply received is a 45watt, just half of the wattage needed as this laptop requires a 90 watt and more of 4.7 ampere to work, and because of this the machine didn't turn on. As it is almost Christmas I couldn't return the defective item as this is supposed to be a gift. So, this afternoon I went to Office Depot and purchased the genuine power supply for 79.90$ and solved the problem.Overall seems to be nicely working, windows 10 Pro just activated. Let's see what happens in the next future.But very disappointed about the power supply.If I had known that I had to buy another for almost 80 bucks probably I'd choose to purchase another laptop...anyways, they should reimbourse me for the new power supply.

I have almost a year with this baby, it's really Ok, but just a few weeks ago, the battery charger started to fail, and before that it overheated.The laptop itself also overheated a bit, you have to keep it in cool places.I would recommend to the sellers to give it a cleaning before delivering it, mine came with a little dirt on the edges, nothing big.The battery lasts about 2.5 hours with constant use like surfing YouTube and using Skype, I do not know if that's normal, just pointing.But, the machine works like a charm, the price is more than cheap.It is a very powerful and fast laptop, HP is a solid brand and it came with everything says in his description.I recommend the purchase despite all the bad things.

I contacted the seller and they immediately handled the issue. When I received the laptop the battery did not work and they immediately sent me a new one. They seller is very professional, cordial, and has excellent customer service. They replied quickly and handled every situation immediately. The laptop itself works perfectly. I was easily and quickly able to use it and install my software. The laptop looks like it is brand new and in pristine condition. I am extremely satisfied by not only the laptop but in the way the seller handled everything and replied quickly to all of my messages. The laptop is clean, keyboard shows no wear and overall appears very lightly used. The computer is slower than my older Lenovo. I had wanted to replace the hard drive with a solid state drive, which would require the Windows 10 activation code. I assumed there would be an activation code with this laptop however there is none. The battery is completely dead, will not charge. The price was fairly low so the deal was OK.

This laptop is "renewed" it has been working great so far. Everything works going, the only thing is Windows Media player is not installed. It was no problem for me, I just downloaded a free Media player from online. Or otherwise Microsoft wanted me to buy their Media player for 14.99, which I was not going to do. All in all very good laptop. As a gaming laptop, GTA5 online lags a lot and it starts to overheat the fan. But playing Minecraft or stardew valley no problem. Other games, as long as there not to big should be ok to play on it. Appearance of the laptop very good no dings or scratches, was a little dirty but used some wipes to clean up and a wet soft rag with water on the screen. I'm happy with my purchase so far.

Nice machine at a good price ($210) but it stopped working when Win 10 updated. They sent me a replacement hard drive with a fresh Win 10 image and the same thing happened. Ditto when they sent me a whole new machine. Every time the same problem, something about not being able to find the disc drive. At that point I asked for and got a refund.
