Would by these again. Wonderful value.
These Kitchen Shears work great. I love to Spatchcock chickens and small turkeys. It cut thru the backbones of each of the. I also use the to cut veggies and can get nice and thin. Handle is comfortable and I love the spring open feature while using and safety lock. Would purchase them again and would make a nice housewarming gift. Easy to clean, hold up well. Great value.

Strong product
I made my first spatchcocked chicken last night. It was a 6-lb roaster so it was a larger than a fryer but smaller than a turkey. The shears cleanly cut the bones with minimal effort and were easy to navigate close to the backbone. I am pleased with this purchase.

Great for cutting up chicken
I love these scissors more and more every time I use them. I have weak hands and the scissors are great for cutting up chicken. We love chicken fajitas and these scissors are great. I highly recommend them to everyone. I would definitely buy again if I ever needed them.
