I really loved this yoga mat! I mainly use it for mat Pilates (especially hot mat Pilates), and it’s been such a game changer for my lower back, hips, and joints. I struggle with hip pain and this mat gives me the support and cushion I need to feel comfortable during my workouts.The only thing I’d say is that when doing movements that require more balance—like standing exercises—I did feel a little wobbly since the mat is on the cushier side. But honestly, that’s expected with thicker mats and not a dealbreaker for me.If you’re looking for a mat that gives you great support for floor work and joint comfort, I’d definitely recommend this one!

Got this mat for floor exercises and muscle tone routines with elastic resistance bands. It is a good thickness and comfortable enough for an extended period of time. Like the elastic band that came with it to make it easily storable once rolled up. The mat is of good quality and worth what was paid for it. I am 5'9" and it is large enough for my exercise routines. Like that it was available in custom colors like purple which I selected. Would recommend and buy again if needed.

Love this mat! No smell when first opening (which is always a plus). The mat is very thick compared to most yoga mats. Perfect for stretching or Yin yoga where you hold poses for a longer period of time. I also find it much easier to do floor yoga and pilates with the improved cushioning.Highy recommend,

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I wanted a mat that I could use on a very hard floor and this is the perfect option. It's thick, soft, and firm enough to withstand kneeling on without feeling the hard floor under me. My only complaint is that it's a bit heavier than I would like, but that is the trade off for padding. I like the mat and will use it for weight training classes at the church. It costs more than other mats, but I like the larger size, as I could use it for a sleeping pad if needed. I also love the gentle green color. It rolls into a good sized roll, so not one to carry very far, but comes with straps to keep it rolled for storage.

This is great for yoga. It’s really thick and comfy to lay on. It doesn’t slip around on the floor. It rolls up easy and it’s easy to store. Great value for what you are getting.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I bought this mat because of its thickness, the color and the great price. It arrived so quickly too! The thickness is what really sold me, as I suffer from arthritis. It’s not easy finding thick mats, but this seller had them!! I HIGHLY recommend this wonderful seller!!

Nice and thick! I use it for a group kettle bell class in the hot sun in Texas on the concrete driveway. Lots of stretching too. My knees are happy.
