My old Chi I had for 20 years, so I stuck with the same brand. Works great and it gets a little too hot.

I did a lot of research trying to choose a straightner and I ended up going w this one Cause I have fair frizzy hair and as per my research one of these would be good and yes it is! The price was sooo worth the purchase it straightenes very well it does auto shut off after an hour and it leaves your hair super smooth after I got the all black one and I loved it

Love the quality of this product

I bought this initially during Amazon prime days. I just wanted to see if it was amazing enough to cost $500. So when I got it, the packaging was huge and the tool was pretty big so I decided I wasn’t gonna try it and then return it. But then I decided to try it.And now I’m NOT returning it. It’s literally life-changing. But it’s not perfect. I still have to use my Chi along with it. Speeds up getting Ready time. Definitely worth it.

I was staying at a hotel & left my Chi hair straightener in the hotel room when I left. Unfortunately it was an identical one to the ones that the hotel provide for the guests. When I contacted lost & found they weren't able to find mine because mine was added to their inventory. At that point I just decided to order another Chi hair straightener from Amazon as I was very pleased with the one I had. This is such a good product I highly recommend it.
