I ordered these stickers for our 10 and under softball team. The girls love them. They were very easy to customize. 1 says our team name and 110% (For 110% effort), and 1 has the team name and MVP. We give them out as an added incentive for extra effort and it seems to produce great results. They always look forward to after the game when we put them on their batting Helmits. They are about 1 inch round. Will order them again.
