Some assembly & cleaning required
Got on time and undamaged device had some white plastic inside... was super inexpensive so not complaining just saying you might need to clean the OdontoMed2011 stainless steel - Dental Aspirating Syringe 1.8ML. I'm happy with it though. Thank you seller! lost 1 star for the small amount of rust at the Hook Head.

Doesn't aspirate
The harpoon doesn't fully engage the rubber stop of the carpule, and often pushes unevenly on the rubber causing anesthetic to flow back out of the carpule. Had to stop using these.
