I have purchased 4 of these belts to hold my insulin pump. I have tried many other insulin pump holders and this design is my favorite one. In my case as a heavy set older man, I place my belts so the pump is almost directly over my heart. Belt 1) is used for daily wear. Belt 2) is the wider version and I use that primarily for my pickleball play since I play often and usually aggressively. Belt 3) is primarily used for working activities. Belt 4) is used for sleeping. Who is this Jed guy?.......well he spent the last 24 years of his career working primarily as a quality engineer for implantable medical devices.

A big help in carrying my insulin pump around someplace besides a pocket.Pro tip: Do NOT throw it into a washing machine, as it will damage the pouch. To "freshen" it up, I simply simply spray some Febreeze on the pouch.

It works really well, it’s a little big because his waist is 23 inches, but it fits over his pants. Easy to hide under his shirt when he wants to tuck it in.

Love it. Works great. The belt is not as big as it says.

I have to wear a small machine strapped to me often for several hours a day. I had been using a sports waist pack - but it was a bit bulky. This is perfect. Even fits under my sweater/hoodie with barley any bump enabling me to use it discreetly without drawing a lot of attention.

MUCH smaller than the pictures make it out to be.It is comfortable around my waist, I'm about 38 - 40".It fit my new Tandem t:Slim x2 pump just fine.The only real down side is the type of material it's made out of, seems to be silk or cotton. Was hoping for something a little more water resistant, as I'm doing dishes at my job a lot of the time.And doesn't really much like in the pictures shown. Does not have the foam pad around the belt.

I just started using the Minimed 780G insulin pump and found other regular running belts for phones, etc, didn't hold it in place or allow for the tubing to give way when needed. This belt is petfect..it has a designated hole for the tubing to gonthrough so it can move with the location of the pump. It's easily loosened for sleeping comfort, can be accessed without difficulty and it's not as noticeable as a running belt. I highly recommend it.

There are far better options available via Amazon. The buckles are large and uncomfortable against skin. The better options include flatter buckles and more comfortable straps. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Cheaply made and not well thought out.
