My 74 year old mother could not pick up her laundry basket anymore. We went to Amazon. She picked this. She loves it. She can easily roll it to the washing machine/dryer and then put her clean clothes back in and roll it back. It has given her more independence.

I bought this hamper to replace my old, broken one, and chose one with wheels as I have a bad back and thought being able to pull the hamper behind me would be better. Unfortunately, this hasn’t been the case. Being 5’ 10”, when I want to even try to pull this thing behind me, I essentially have to lean backwards or try to drag it by my fingertips. Not only that, but if there’s anything remotely weighty in the hamper (such as a full load of laundry), the thing teeters like crazy and has dumped my clothes on the ground more than once. I usually end up just carrying it in my hands. Other than the advertised amenities not being worth it, it’s a pretty decent hamper; can hold a weeks worth of clothes with some room at the top. Maybe seek out a cheaper version with no wheels.

I like it, because it actually holds alot more then you would think for a small laundry hamper. I don't like it because it was cracked on the bottom, which probably happened on transit to me. But mostly because the small wheels on the front do nothing. It is too short to tilt far enough down so you aren't basically dragging it. You end up hunched over, if you try to do it right. Also when you do "use the wheels" it is very un stable. It fish tails, until you end up just dragging it.It need to be taller, so you don't have to bend over to roll it. But better yet it just need 4 wheels, like luggage..problem solved!!

Basket is on wheels, but to utilize those wheels you have to tip the basket. Which is very uncomfortable to walk while bending over to wheel the basket.

I was using designer baskets with handles to haul laundry up two flights of stairs. This design allows me to hold on to a railing and makes the task much easier.

The basket is nice but if it gets very full and you are trying to roll it on the floor that is not so “flat” it may lose balance and tip overI have been having to use it while pushing it in front of me it seems to have better balance that way
