Once you FINALLY get the seal pulled back and nuke this meal it's AWESOME! The taste is delicious, the quality and flavor are wonderful and the price is extremely reasonable. I'm stocking up on these for those days when I just don't feel like cooking.

Excellent item for a quick meal!

I’d personally rate the taste of this item as a B+. The price is right and that was a big factor in my trying it. No regrets. I like the ingredients although the carb count is higher than I’d prefer. Easy to prepare. I tasted it after nuking it and decided to add some fire-roasted tomatoes and a little of their juice. A little black pepper and instant meal. Will order more.

Not very tasty

Very very disappointed in the seller. All 6 bowls expire April 2025. These bowls are good and they are more expensive than the Mediterranean or the Mexican. But I also ordered the other 2 6 packs and they expire in 2026.

This is one of my subscribe & save items. I first purchased it to use as a lunch option while I was working. Just grab the bowl in the morning & take it with me either in my ice chest or just as it is. I am now retired, but I still order it since it is good, well, for any meal - lunch - dinner - or breakfast.Like I mentioned above, heat it up in microwave, eat at room temperature or put bowl in fridge either with dressing mixed in or added when ready to eat and it's a good meal.The main thing with this is convenience - it's ready to eat just add dressing.Now let's look at the ingredients, no added high-fructose corn syrup!!! & everything else is recognizable. The main source of protein is the various beans, + chickpeas & couscous. High fiber meal, & fiber is what everybody needs in a very tasty meal.

I like them, a tasty treat to me.

Will keep you alive. Not sure why vegetarian food has to be drier and crummier than $1 minute rice with a dash of soy sauce.
