It used to be in a glass jar and they switched to plastic :( aside from that the ghee is great quality.

Why switch from glass to plastic?
I have been buying this product for years. Since they switched to the plastic containers, something is different with the texture and taste. I will now switch to a different brand. You have lost a loyal customer.
