Not sure about the guarantee. I have not had any issues with these batteries so far.

do these come in original factory packaging ?

My last shipment included blue cardboard boxes with 4pcs. ea. instead the known clear plastic blister packing. Many batteries arrived already with low capacity and I guess that I received some counterfeit product with lousy quality. Suggest, you ask the supplier which packing he will ship.
