A great value.
When you consider the difference in price between factory ford and aftermarket, this is a no brainer. Easy to install. Looks great. Good quality. The electrical connects with no issues. The only minor things is that at Hwy speed the larger glass mirror vibrates a bit more then factory. But that's it... I'm very happy with purchase and wouldn't hesitate to buy again. Update 3-28-20. No problems to report. No fading after several years of use the mirror works as good as the day I installed it. Very happy with purchase.

Just what I needed.
This mirror fits and functions just like the original. Much better quality than I've seen from other suppliers.

Mirror Vibrates, and dont purchase from this Vendor
The mirror looks great and the product support is great, but this mirror had 2 issues (manufacture is allowing me to return). 1. Top mirror vibrates at/around 50 mph; 2) the bottom mirror doesnt adjust/stay adjusted properly to identify the blind spot. The OEM mirror seamlessly transitioned the image from the top to the bottom (even though the bottom mirror is convex). I returned the mirror in as new condition and the vendor stated I returned another manufactures mirror- this is wrong we were careful to clean and properly box the mirror, we purchased a Trail Ridge mirror that worked perfectly. I will NEVER purchase anything from this vendor again- you shouldn't either.

Great, but fair warning, the mirror has a tint and it does vibrate
I walked out to my car after a root canal at my Dentist office and found my mirror had been ripped off by a too close passing vehicle. After getting an estimate for $500 to replace it at the Ford dealer I found this replacement. My son and I actually had little trouble installing it and I'm thrilled to have saved some money.The reason why I had to take one star away was because.....and I'm sorry to say...the actual mirror itself does not match the original one on the other side. It has a tint to it, that the original does not have. It also does vibrate when driving. I have since gotten over this, but I have to admit, if I had a brand new truck I would have had no choice but to pay through the nose for the original replacement. But since this is a 2000 Ford it will have to do.

The glass will start to vibrate enough to were it’s not quite clear at around 70mph. It’s a decent replacement but wish I went with an OEM.

Worked perfectly
We installed this and it works just like the original. The only difference is it has a heated mirror symbol on it that is not wired in the truck but that is minor to the fact it replaced a broken mirror. It would be nice to get an instruction sheet to go with this product to help with installing the mirror. We did find a good YouTube video that did help.
