Helps in reducing weight but needs to refrigerate
The media could not be loaded. This is an amazing product who are looking to lose their weight in a healthy way this really has low carbohydrates I have tested it myself it claims that it has almost one carbohydrate in one Roti standard size which really makes it fulfilling and we don't feel hungry at night after having dinner of this roti I successfully lost 4 kgs of weight and having proper physical activities all these together will help in reducing weight I ordered 10kg total I till now the only thing is that if it is not refrigerated then it gets thawedTaste-3/5 has slight sweet flavourSoftness-4/5Maintence of flour is that it has. MUST TRY Keto Flour!!
This is a MUST TRY keto flour. Even though it has wheat in it the carb is really low. The taste is great and and close to normal rotis. All the ingredients are natural and don’t have weird ingredients like other keto flours. I have used many keto flours from different brand and I must say this has been the best one.Rotis are soft, good flavour and overall great.Achieving such low carb and that too with wheat, hats off to TWF!!Try for yourself, this is a great option to adopt a keto diet!

Doesnt taste like roti at all
Not good, have tried several Keto atta products but this one was not good at all. Doesnt taste like a roti at all. Will recommend makers to change composition to improve.

Loved the keto flour
I totally loved this keto atta. Didn't really feel like I was eating a different atta's roti. The rest of my family also found it decent. Someone we can eat often to cut on carbs. I've been trying to find a tasty keto atta and looks like my search is succesful. The atta is a nice addition to daily meals if you're trying to diet. Without compromising much on the taste, you're able to have a low carb diet.I'll advise you to try the flour and see the quality for yourself.

Wont recommend for cooking Chapathi
The flour is thick and is absolutely not suitable to make chapathis. People looking for Keto alternatives for regulat wheat Chapathi might have to look elsewhere.
