I have not used it yet, but the quality of the tool is very good. It seems that it will work very well. I have seen these used before. The project it was purchased for just has not been tackled yet.

I have been working on 4wd for 35 years and I have always used a socket and long extension to out in the seals but this tool makes it so much easier and precise. I regret not buying it sooner. I would even recommend it for someone that's just going to use it once.

My Jeep Dana 30 takes a different seal on the passengers-side of the differential case, so this tool was slightly too big to use. I ruined one seal to find this out. At this price, perhaps one of the home-brew methods might work as well.

I ordered this inner axle seal installer expecting it to be a 1 or maybe 2 time use tool before something got damaged (based solely on price, not reviews.) Upon receipt of this tool I instantly noticed the quality of workmanship that compares to higher priced tools from name brand companies. As for ease of use, everything works smoothly and there weren't any burrs or damaged threads to cause any issues. I recommend this tool for mechanics of all levels.

Used this on a d30, worked flawlessly.Instructions might be helpful since you need to use the end that matches your seal.I can see some getting confused with that, but it's straightforward if you look at the tool and compare the ends before you try and insert into the axle.

Did not fit my application on a 1999 Ford f250 superduty had to build separate press plate and modify tool to work correctly ruined one seal $40 extra cost do not purchase for f250 superduty

I bought this several months ago, but just using it for the first time. I ordered this under the assumption that somebody actually did some investigation as to the proper function on specific vehicles. I used my saved vehicle on Amazon, the pop up assured me this tool fit my 2003 ram 3500. This tool is 5 inches tool short , the pushing base falls right into the axle hole, the seal driver is much too small and would have destroyed the seal. I want a refund , I prefer the supplier contact me so i don't need to chase them around

This doesn’t fit or work for a 2007 dodge 3500 like your add says. I want a refund
