Haven’t had a cold since starting to use this last year. Try to use every day & more at the 1st sign of a sore throat & it’s helped keep the lurgy at bay. Quite a pleasant taste. Lasts a long time.

The throat spray was soothing. Propolis should be good. I think I should have had it sooner. I will keep it in stock for the future.

Pros: makes my throat feel slightly better Cons: I think it messas up my hormones... I had a bit of bleed after that which wasnt the right time based on my cycle. I had to stop it.

This spray is brilliant. I have used it in the past and now I’ll always make sure I’ve some on hand. The spray could be a bit better as it’s not too direct, but you can spray in the area you need it. I feel instant soothing and takes away that irritating itch at the back of the throat. It’s tastes citrusy and pleasant, which is always a bonus.
