I needed a camera plate for a tripod i was using. These things came in clutch. They fit a couple of different tripods with no issues. They are light weight and durable. Once mounted in the camera it becomes one. The extra mount was used on a different camera and no issues. For example I run a Canon and the other is a Sony so very versatile. Plus great price point.

Um they look cool and nicely built. Unfortunately, I don't know camera stuff enough yet and they are to small for my tripod mount set up. So yeah my quick release, they won't even fit bc they are to small.

I bought this for my new Sirui tripod and it does fit and works. I removed the two cap screws to make it sit flat on the base like the original. There is no recess in the base for the screws and no taper on the plate to make it slide easily over the safety pin, but by opening the clamp a little wider than I had been I can set it straight down and clamp it and the safety pin still does its job. A 2.5 mm hex wrench fits the cap screws.A very good value for the money.

Item was just what I needed. Well machined and no issues found the the ball mount. I like the multi hole positions.

These remain in my camera bag asintegral parts to my photography go-bag. They allow quick and easy access on and off of my tripod during photo shoots and events.
