These are really versatile if you are eating very low carb. Access is a substitute for flour and many recipes. Makes a great coating for meat and fish. Good quality. Great taste highly recommend.

This is the only product i use on my chicken. I put 1 cup in a big zip lock bag and add garlic, sea salt, pepper, poultry seasoning. all to taste. and chicken, seal and shake. kind of reminds us of shake and bake! Bake at 350 degrees till golden and done. crispy and crunchy. Never fails. also, could do barbecue power instead. Or range dressing powder. so many options! can use for chicken fried steak, steak strips or chicken strips. Use your imagination! I stumbled across these when I found a recipe for “carnivore bread” I wanted to try. Sure I could have just crushed up pork rinds but this seemed so much easier. And so it is. I’ve really enjoyed them. I’ve made the bread multiple times. I’ve used them as coating for chicken thigh nuggets, and lately some bay scallops. They make great “chaffles” too. Very mild flavor and not at all porky. I just realized I’m almost out for the meat loaf I plan to make tomorrow so just placed a new order!

My husband and I are following a Keto diet and ran across this product to make bread. While the bread was baking I made some “fried” zucchini dipped in egg, then in a silicone bag added pork panko with sea salt, garlic & onion powder and pepper. Fried in Tallow. Absolutely delicious! Great flavor and crisp! The carnivore bread was fantastic. Just ordered more of this panko.
