OK, so we have a half pit, half bull mastiff. He's big. He eats. FAST. So fast, he would inhale his dinner, and slurp down a bowl of water in about 2.3 seconds. Then proceed to walk over to the rug by the TV and throw chunks EVERYWHERE!! This bowl has slowed him down to about 5.9 seconds, but at least he's slowed down enough where he's not hurling all over the place!!

Heavy enough that our little dog doesn’t slide it all around the kitchen. Small enough for her as well. Slowed her down considerably now she’s not the first one done and trying to steal the others food, she’s the last one done. It’s made a big difference in her eating habits as well as how much she eats.

My dog devours her food, this helped slow her down tremendously!

This product works great is your pet eats too fast. Our dog would eat so fast that it would give him indigestion, he would burp after eating. Since he's been eating out of this bowl problem solved. The only negative is it slides all over the floor while he's eating. All in all if your pet eats too fast and your want to slow them down, I would highly recommend this bowl.

I use this everyday for my golden. It really helps with him not sucking it all down, and he LOVES it, more then his old bowl it holds all his food and is pretty easy to clean.

When we first got our puppy he had an issue with digestion, he ate way too fast then would get sick. Once we got this bowl for him his issues went away completely. I will say if is on hardwood floor it slides. But if you put a pad or carpet under it, it doesn't move at all.

Our newly rescued, three-year-old dog was eating so fast he was getting sick. This bowl slowed him down enough to actually learn how to eat better. His is learning that there is no competition for food with our other dog. He is actually doing great because of this bowl.

Not sure what the "suction power" was referring to - there is no suction to this. But if you have an enthusiastic little gobbler, this is better for slowing them down - more than the other bowl we'd gotten first.

The media could not be loaded.  When I got this product I thought by looking at it, it would be too big. However when I mushed up my kittens food and put it in the bowl it fit perfectly. My kitten now eats slower than what she did when I just gave her the wet pouch in a normal cat bowl and this in turn has made her not be sick form eating too quickly. The raised bits of the bowl are made of the same bit of material as the rest therefore eliminating the risk of her pulling them off and possibly choking on them

My new little rescue dog had lived on the streets and was very possessive of her food. Also, she could hoover it up in seconds, then shoulder charge my other dog and steal his food.This bowl takes her a good 10 minutes to empty, which gives the other dog time to finish his meal at his usual leisurely pace.Perfect for purpose.

I think this is a good quality bowl but my dog absolutely hated it and it made her cry! Bit of a pain to clean as well, more suitable for a bigger dog I think, my cockapoo struggled to get down to the food (hence the crying!)

Loved the bowl because it slowed my puppy down eating but it’s not sturdy at all, my puppy pushed it around the whole kitchen, managed to flip it over and she ate one of the plastic feet from the bottom.. so I’m not very impressed that the feet of the bowl was that easy to come out! I pulled the other 3 out with no problems so be careful with your dogs! It’s a choking hazard and I would not buy this bowl again for that very reason

I have 2 mini schnauzers, one of them managed to eat her kibble out of this bowl and slowed her down a bit, but the other one found it so hard to get the food that she gave up and walked away leaving all of her food but she has now after a few days got the hang of it.
