Clinical Radiology MADE RIDICULOUSLY SIMPLE
I recommend this book for every student in their 3rd or 4th year of medical school. This book is fairly thin and can be read during the first week of a Radiology Clerkship. It comes along with a CD so that you can practice reading x-rays. The only draw back to this book is that it focuses on x-rays and provides no information on reading CTs and MRIs.

Not a really good book with you want to master radiology
If you really wanna understand radiology, get Felson's book. Trust me. I regret my purchase. Felson's Principles of Chest Roentgenology, A Programmed Text, 4e (Goodman, Felson's Principles of Chest Roentgenology)Felson's Principles of Chest Roentgenology, A Programmed Text, 4e (Goodman, Felson's Principles of Chest Roentgenology)

LOVE the CD that comes with it
LOVE the CD that comes with it! Super helpful. However, it has a bit too much on it and I feel like there could be a bit more basic information included. Pictures are a bit hard to see, but they explain what you're looking for which is nice. Overall, however, very helpful!
