Mohawk Home Alliance Modern Geometric 5' x 8' Area Rug - Red - Perfect for Living Room, Dining Room, Office

This rug had all my favorite autumnal colors but I'd never bought a rug online before and was hesitant after reading reviews that it would arrive in neon colors. Went ahead and bought it and when it arrived well packaged and protected I was soooo glad I did. The colors are muted and bring in the burgundy and green I'd chosen for the sofas and drapes to life. It is soft in texture or my dogs wouldn't deign to lay on it and easy to keep clean. I live in the mountains and there isn't a day someone isn't leaving foot/paw prints etc. on the rugs. Hit it with the vacuum and when one of my cats got sick on it a little Resolve and it was gone. I ordered another rug from this seller for my bedroom re-do and it was just as nice. I can recommend this rug and company.

I honestly didn’t expect much for the price, but it looks great and is softer than I had assumed. I gave it four stars in the “easy to clean” section because my vacuum is pretty powerful and the rug isn’t nailed to the floor. Other than that, I am very happy with the product.UPDATE: It’s only been about a week since I received this, but I love this rug more every day. Granted, the old one looked like a homeless person had been sleeping on it outside for a year, but as The Big Lebowski said, “it really brings the room together”.

I bought this to place on a wood floor at the foot of stairs and I really like the non-skid backing on the rug. The rug stays in place. The drawback I suppose is this type of backing doesn't last a long time, but I should get years of wear from it, and at the price still a bargain. The rug is a very good quality and will be easy to vacuum and clean with my Bissell carpet cleaner. I won't attempt to wash in a washing machine with this type of backing but perhaps I could, but I've found this style of rug is best cleaned as I mentioned. The colors are bright and colorful and I really like the pattern. Very pleased!!!

Amazon unfortunately delivered the wrong rug initially, but quickly fulfilled my 2nd order. Check the tag before completely unwrapping just in case. Wrap wasn't labeled correctly. Noticed the price dropped around $30 a week later so possibly look for the large size around a buck. Advertised pics are exactly what you'll get. Very nice quality and excellent grip. The thickness is actually more than expected and with an underlayment thingy, it could be a super comfy rest spot while playing with the animals or drifting asleep when the wife kicks you out the room lol

Have always bought and used Mohawk rugs for our house. The quality is great and a trusted brand name. The rug itself is true to the description and colors and came rolled nicely and laid flat right away. The thickeness of the rug seems to be less than the others I have purchased in the past so I decided to also put a 7/16" rug pad underneath and it made a big difference. Would absolutely purchase again if the price was under $100, anything over that seems excessive

I found have the best price on this rug. It came promptly and goes just great with the furniture I have in the living room. Is it a luxury rug no. But it'd be hard to find a rug this size and of the quality and style for less than a hundred bucks. Excellent value for the money

When I say this is a really legit Mohawk rug and true to size I mean it. I am very picky about my rugs and can’t stand a cheap oneThe batting is Uber quality and the rug feels like silk under your feet very attractive because I am team earth tones forever gives a peaceful and warming ambiance and very well made sturdy hefty rug but cozy on the feet🤠

I am very happy with this rug beautiful colors! I bought it to cover a hardwood floor in a bedroom that had been damaged. Not real thick, laid nicely with just a few rogue waves. Colors are so vibrant I am extremely happy with this purchase because I wanted something with a green/gold/beige combo instead of gray's. Forest green was beautiful for a change. Delivered just as promised.

The colours are richer than the picture shows. The runners arrived quickly on date promised. They flattened quickly. They are heavy enough they don't slide much, but I used grippers on each corner. Easy to vacuum. They have not been stained, so I have not yet tried to clean them

I have purchased many Mohawk rugs as entrance and hallway rugs. They are great value as they last for years and the colors stay bright even after many washings in the machine and dryer. The rubber backing doesn't deteriorate, keeping the rug safe in it's place. It is a very well made brand.

Love the rug for the colours. It was exactly what I was looking for. Pretty good quality.

Didn’t like that I couldn’t get product delivered to my home or postal outlet . I had to pick up in the city , an hour and half away !! May not order anything again if this is the process !

Frayed around the edges, overpriced.
