Not currently, because this requires a strong magnet to overcome gravity

I broke mine. Can I get a replacement hour glass to install in the holder?

You must direct your question to the seller. But for the price of the entire item, I’d say no & advise buying a new one. The sand doesn’t flow in mine so I won’t be replacing from this company anyway.
