I have been using this little motor controllers for awhile now, and I've purchased dozens. In the past, I've complained that about 7 out of 10 work, so I always buy extra. But lately, I have noticed all of the controllers have been working. Also, I complained about the pins getting bent during shipping, etc, but these have extra packaging to prevent the pins from getting bent. I'm very happy the supplier listened to the reviews and improved the entire experience. Thank you so much!3.24.2024 - Update - I upgraded the motors on my project from 24V 280W DC Motors to 24V 350W DC Motors. The new motors claim to need ~18amps of current. These motor controllers 'blew up' immediately. I knew they weren't really going to handle 43amps, but I was hoping they would work with the new motors. Now I need to research an alternative.

Starts getting really hot at 10 amps, no way this could handle 43 amps for more than just a fraction of a second. This is every bit a cheap H-bridge, would be fine for small motors or odd duty cycle.

First thing I did was removed the heat sink and added high quality non electrically conductive thermal compound and reinstalled the heat sink. I also added heat sinks to the top sides. I then 3d printed and mounted it to the front of a 3000rpm high flow computer fan. I broke 3 of these this way while testing after a few minuets at 20 amp (1 of them was at 75% duty cycle with a 20 amp load). They were set to right (R) rotation which is permanently ruined but the left rotation chip still seams to work so I will keep them as low power single direction pwm. I have one left with heat sinks added which has been working well at 1amp load for a few days now.

Used them to drive the motors on my sex robot. She is greatfull that she can now open and close her mouth. She says thank you.

Order two of these and neither one will work. The board looks burnt already on one of them. Unfortunately didn't open and try to use them till after the return window.Definitely wouldn't recommend and spend money on some higher quality ones.

I put around 10 amps through these. Seemed to work good, until on day 3 the first one stopped... It has a full short across the input terminals..Thought maybe it was a fluke, so I installed the 2nd one.. It worked almost a full day at the same 10 amp load, then again- shorted across the terminals.. This time both input power terminals + one of the motor out terminals all had continuity when unplugged..Not sure if it was the heatsink like other reviews said, but either-way- shorted!
