I ordered this and was very disappointed that it would not shoot. The water beads would not come out of the barrel and the ones that did get through busted before leaving the barrel. All in all wouldnt shoot. I get sometimes things don’t always work. So I returned it and ordered another one, THINKING no way the 2nd one of the same this is malfunctioning. WRONG! The 2nd one did the same exact thing. Super annoyed. It was for a kids birthday present and not only one was broke. But the 2nd as well. Absolutely do not recommend this brand at all. I’ve ordered 3 others for other kids of different brands and all are AWESOME. this one is awful.

The media could not be loaded. The gel grows very quick, fun and easy to use but broke after I used it the third time. I charged it before and after I use it. Once I plugged it in the 3rd time it shot 3-4 times and sounded like it was low battery. Charged it for a good hour did it and wouldn't even shot or make a sound got it yesterday hasn't even been a full 12hrs with it yet I request a new one or a refund.

My son was very excited to use this gift. It worked fine the first day with minor jams. The next day it was jammed completely. After un jamming it The beads came out in a pouring motion and did not shoot across the room as It did when we initially got it. Kind of sad I had so many issues after the first day,, but I did read the reviews that all said the gun does jam.
