This is an outstanding product for pre-school children or anyone who is beginning to read. I used this CD when I homeschooled my oldest son in the 90's and now I use it in my pre-school classroom to help my students master letter sounds. It is exciting and fun to sing alone with; I even listen to it sometimes while cleaning my house. The songs have a jazzy beat. Parents, teachers, or children will not be disappointed; and will learn letter sounds correctly, and fast. This is a CD that every reading teacher should have in their collection. This CD gives new hope for those who may have problems mastering letter sounds. The songs are detailed, yet fun. Each song has a letter sound review within the song as it is being sung by the student. The songs drill; however it is a positive drilling of the letter sounds. The songs on the CD make it easy for students to set personal learning goals for each group of letter sounds, all while having fun singing.As a parent who has listened to many songs that help children learn letter sounds,and as a pre-school teacher of 10 years, this CD is the best. You will not be disappointed. This CD is a fun and exciting way to help children or beginner readers master letter sounds correctly. Outstanding job! Twin Sisters.

Not worth 1 cent . False advertising !

CD is great - catchy tunes that really help children learn certain phonics principles. My kids love the songs & frequently request this CD when we are in the car. My son has actually applied what he's heard in the songs to what he's being taught in school. "Hey mom, that's just like the song..." Workbook is a great complement to the CD. As a parent and a teacher, I give this one an A.

My kid likes the beat and doesn't mind having to play it over and over again. I am happy with this purchase!

Very challenging to follow along. The lyrics are so crammed it's hard for young children to grasp. Most of the lyrics were like tongue twisters, I could barely follow along. They tried to fit too many words into a bar. I'm sorry the music and vocals were awful.

When I got the cd and workbook, the workbook was written in. The music seemed dated. Not really a good match for my first graders. The songs were too long. I passed it along to someone else.

I purchased the cassette and booklet several years ago and wanted to find this again for my 1st grade classroom 2021. My kids learned about blends, digraphs, diphthongs, and rhymes because I remembered these songs and "sang" to them! I am so happy to have found this!! Now, I have to find the booklet that contained the lyrics.

This is a good cassette. It has helped my daughter learn all the sounds of each letter before the age of 2. She did have some prior experience with my using flashcards and reading to her a lot though.The one thing that would make it better is also including the combination sounds such as ch, th, ph, etc. And perhaps an intro to blending the sounds together to form words.

consonants(子音)を中心に、short vowles(短母音)、long vowels(長母音)の歌が収録されています。軽やかなメロディーに合わせて、女性の発音に続いて子供がフォニックスの発音や単語を発音しています。CDに続いて自分が発音する復習の部分も所々にあるので良いと思います。ネイティブスピーカーではない子供には、歌の早さが少し早いかもしれません。何回か聴けば、速さに慣れると思いますが。歌詞カードもちゃんとついていますよ（全て英語）。

バイリンガルの当時4歳の娘のために購入しました。基礎のPhonicsができてCompound wordやRhymingなどを学びたい子供向けです。親しみやすい音楽にSynonyms are similarと教えてくれます。意味がわかるのにしばらくかかりましたが、後でAdvanced Phonicsを学ぶ機会があったときにすらすらできました。現在は3歳の弟のＢＧＭになっていますが、訳がわからなくても歌詞を覚えるようになりました。Twin sistersは難しいこともさらっと歌で教えてくれるので、ほかのシリーズもお薦めです。
