Excellent condition, you would not know this was a "previously owned" phone. No scratches chips or dings and the packaging was flawless for keeping it that way. Powered right up and no issues with set up. Simply had to pop down to my local t-mobile store to have them transfer over my files and sim card and we were off to the races.The 9 Pro itself is solid. I had to replace my LG Velvet as LG stopped pushing updates for their phones, and the difference in battery life is immediate. A single charge takes less than 40 minutes and lasts more than 8 hours messaging over text, Discord and listening to streaming music. Connectivity to 5G is also improved which is important as I live quite rural and rely on the hotspot to connect other devices. The camera too is impressive, crystal clear and the default editing options available are intuitive and easy to tweak without blowing out the picture one way or the other. I had the option to grab the new Oneplus 11, but I decided against spending the extra $400 and I'm happy with that choice. Fingers crossed this lasts me a good few years, and I will be happy to get another phone from this seller when it comes time to upgrade again.

Lo acabó de comprar y funcionó correctamente en EEUU y luego lo traje para Ecuador y funciona perfectamente con mi operador que es Claro. Está totalmente desbloqueado y vino en perfecto estado como nuevo sin rayones por ningún lado. La batería dura super bien, estoy muy feliz con la compra. Para tener referencia yo compré a bayshine Trading, muy buena experiencia con ese vendedor. Me llegó con una cargador genérico de Samsung pero original, así que si deseas un cargador original asegúrate de pedirlo también al igual que un protector ya que en mi país Ecuador no encuentro accesorios para este celular. Super veloz y le funciona absolutamenete todo. Supongo que está desbloqueado para todo el mundo.

El teléfono funciona muy bien, la pantalla llegó con unos rasguños. Lo importante es que el teléfono cumple su función sin ningún problema.

I owned a couple of OnePlus 9 pros so I'm very familiar with them. This one arrived looking fantastic but did not have a charger so I used one of the chargers that came with one of my other ones which is almost only a month old then I tried three other one plus chargers all specifically designed for the OnePlus series. Leaving it on the charge overnight you could see that it arrived completely drained of any charge by the next morning still no indicator of a charge. I unplugged it plugged it back in again saw that the red lightning bolt was telling me it was still depleted so I tried another charger and verified all these chargers worked on My other one plus nine pros. It would get very warm but it would never make progress but every once in awhile you would see it try to reboot a flash screen would come up like the T-Mobile pinks and then it would restart. This happened over and over and again eventually I tried to do a hard reset and it booted into Chinese mode or Japanese mode it was symbols I'm not familiar with. Still nothing happened I tried charging it on the wireless charger still nothing but it had to return very disappointed but another here on Amazon that was new. The worst part is we paid for return shipping and the seller only gave us $239 in a refund for the $417 we spent so technically we got $200 back after paying for the shipping for a $417 items that never worked very disappointed

I like how the phone operates, but I really like, how new the phone looks, and works! Charging is fine in a flash with supervooc charging.

This is not a review of OnePlus 9 pro features. It's a pretty good phone and there are plenty of reviews out there. I bought it here renewed at about half price and wanted to comment about that experience. As expected phone came in a generic box with a generic charger. Phone appeared to be absolutely new. I couldn't find a single tiny scratch anywhere. I've had it for about a week and so far I couldn't find any functional defects either. Phone was originally made for T-Mobile and comes preloaded with some of T-Mobile apps and prompts it's logo after restart. Since T-Mobile is my provider anyway, this doesn't bother me at all. Maybe for someone with at&t that may cause some irritation, but I doubt it would cause any issues functionally.

Too many changes! I have come to rely on my OnePlus 7Pro's operating system and features.There's no way to terminate a call from the screen. Swipe down to cancel is no longer available. Settings are very hard to navigate to find features. I suspect I will continue to find other rude changes. I am less than pleased with my new phone and will not be purchasing another OnePlus phone. Upgrades should be an improvement not a handicap! While the phone has some nice new features and great battery life it doesn't make it worth the money to this senior citizen.

If you couldn't give a rat's tail about iOS or OneUI then this will definitely scratch that itch for a no b.s. phone made for enthusiasts. Top-end Snapdragon SoC, 12GB of RAM, 256GB storage for the price of a second-hand iPhone 11 or S20 is a steal in my book. Only con I could even come up with is that the front camera only shoots 1080p video, but it could be argued that every social media app only does 1080p max in video calls anyway. Back camera is a blast, though!
