Great ladder
Sturdy and safe in the 3 times I've used it getting onto the 2nd story roof of my house (26 feet up). I use the level (on the bottom rung) every time I place the ladder... nice feature... even fun. The locks are top notch. The pulleys glide quite smoothly. Sadly, the "equalizer system" at the bottom probably won't get much use on my property. Regardless, this is one top quality ladder. Recommended.

Great Ladder, and delivered to my door
Love the ladder, only wish I could have gotten a 28 foot with the Equalizer legs. Heavy duty ladder, but not too heavy to move around on my own. Big enough to clean my second story gutters, but still hangs on hooks in my garage. Price was very reasonable and delivery was pretty convenient, but only because I work a block from home. They only wanted to deliver during the business day so without my flexible schedule, someone would have had to take the day off.

High quality product
Solid, sturdy ladder. The ability to adjust the length of each leg independently is awesome.Delivery to my home by truck was great. No issues.

Difficult to Retract
Extending the ladder is easy enough but when you try to retract it the latches catch on every rung. It required a second person to push and hold the latches while being lowered.

Heavy and as a result nice and solid. Sits very soundly on the ground and feels very safe for an aluminum ladder. Functions smoothly. The self levelling feature is well worth the money. Excellent product

Pins on the ever level system seperate from the plastic knobs. $75 to replace JUST THE PINS!!!! What a ripoff

plastic fins popping out of place
I like this ladder in theory - but twice now the plastic fins (that hold the extension at a setting) are getting out of place, and it is not easy to fix and get them back where they are supposed to be. Anyone else having this issue?

excellent ladder
Quality product. The stabilizing feet with intergrated leveling system give added safety and confidence. I cleaned out my gutters..saved almost half the purchase price of the ladders, two story house, and never felt unsafe. Would highly recommend this product. Only 4 stars as the latching mechanism for retracting the ladders takes some getting used to. Other than that quality product.
