Brought to keep the dreaded Mozzies away....started to yake one a day two weeks before holiday to Dalyan, Turkey. On first holiday I got only 3 small bites compared to usual 9/10 and I carried on taking tablets during holiday and once home. On second holiday no bites at all. I was very impressed.

Die Dose ist nur halb gefüllt, etwas schade dass man diese nicht anpasst. Aber dennoch 5 Sterne da dies super bei B1 Mangel ist. Vondaher sehr zu empfehlen!

Damit das Gehirn gut funktioniert ist offensichtlich unter anderem B1 in sehr hoher Dosis sehr hilfreich. Die Amis verwenden Heftpflaster für den Oberarm mit 100mg Dosierung B1, also genau die gleiche Dosis, wenn sie Saufen gehen, damit sie am anderen Tag keinen Kater mit Kopfweh haben. (Werbung dafür in der New Yorker U-Bahn). Kopfweh ist das Zeichen, dass zerstörte Gehirnzellen wieder erneuert werden müssen. Also bitte missbraucht die hohe Dosis nicht vorsätzlich für solch einen Unsinn. 1,1mg ist die normale Tagesdosis die 100mg also fast die hundertfache Dosis zur sehr guten Regeneration und Versorgung bei anstrengenden geistigen Tätigkeiten. Je nachdem wie sehr die Gehirnzellen regenerationbedürftig sind, können es am Anfang auch 2, 3 oder mehr Tabletten sein, für eine? Woche, bis alles wieder rund läuft. Alles in allem ein großer Gewinn für einen klaren Kopf
