Best sunblock on the market it's a shame it's hard to find now

My son absolutely hates putting on sunscreen, so we have tried a lot of different types and brands. Recently, my son told me he liked using aloe Vera gel and that if there was a sunscreen like that, he would use it. I went to work looking for a gel sunscreen and of course, Amazon never disappoints. I grabbed this one and tried it out on my kiddo. The sunscreen goes on easily and has good coverage (is long lasting and effective), but move fast because it dries quickly! I do feel like we use a little more than we would with lotion style sunscreen because of how quickly it dries. It also has a very strong smell. But I can get past those things for a sunscreen my son is willing to use!

So I wanted to give this five stars as it definitely does what is says it will. It dries fast. However, it does pill and leave your skin looking super oily. The bottle also came half empty. I'm getting really sick of shrinkflation. If you sell a bottle size it should fill the whole bottle.I think it worked though. I took my ghost white toddler to the park and she didn't turn red at all (which always happens). It was also nice to have something dry so fast considering once I start rubbing it on her, she transforms into a death rolling alligator!I also used it on myself under my makeup and I was happy with how fast it dried. It does pill so I don't rub really hard. But, I was able to cut the oily look with setting spray and my concealer didn't get messed up with it.

I don't recall how long ago I first found Bullfrog, but I have been using it ever since. I have sensitive skin and I also don't like anything greasy or sticky-feeling on my skin. I find the Quik Gel very easy to put on and spread over my skin quickly. Yes, this feels sticky when you first put it on, but that helps you know you've covered everything, and once it sinks in, I no longer notice it. What I do notice is long-lasting sunburn protection! I have very fair skin and will burn in about 10 minutes in the summer sun if I don't cover up. So Bullfrog has been crucial for beach trips, hiking, theme park outings, school field days, outdoor sporting events, bike riding... you name it. I was very stressed out the year it was not available at all. I tried several other brands and finally found one that I could tolerate, but as soon as Bullfrog was back, I snatched up several bottles. I'm happy that they are selling on Amazon as I can't find it locally, and third-party sellers on Amazon charge an arm and a leg for it. It's a bit pricey to begin with, but to me, it's totally worth it to feel comfortable and not get sunburned!

We have season passes to the water park. We have red and blonde hair in the family and are pale, like it looks like we never go out in the sun kind of pale. We burn fast and hard if we think about going out in the sun without great sunscreen. That is why when we go to the water park we have tried everything. Noad, Coppertone, Neutrogena... the list goes on and on, but either they wash off after a few minutes and we burn, or they just aren't strong enough. This stuff though, lasts as long as it says it does. Sure we reapply now and then, but we don't get burned... except when we forget one leg and look like a lopsided lobster the next day. I don't trust any other sunscreen in wet or sweaty conditions.Also the way it doesn't get slimy, oily, or sticky and doesn't run in the eyes once applied is great. Goes on and dries in seconds. Great produce, we have gone through a few bottles already this summer. 18 months - 41 years of age here.

I've tried lots over the years and aerosol cans are ok but leave them in your bike on a hot day and you're asking for trouble plus not many hold up against sweating A LOT . This one not only works but I don't have that all to noticeable strap line going down the side of my face I'm a fan plus it doesn't look greasy!
