Great customer service
I have a problem when the item arrived because the lid has crack on it . I immediately informed the seller and my concern was addressed right away. The seller sent me a new lid. I bought it for gifting and the recipient love it. The name embossed was very nice. The mug it self is very sturdy, you can put cold or hot like what is on the description. The only thing I wish to improve more is that I hope you can put more option for customization, type of mugs and more designs in the future. Over all, I will definitely recommend this product to everyone.

Make sure you spell it right!
They customize what ever you print! I spelled a common word wrong and had to reorder. My mistake. Over all its well done and very sturdy.
