Radiation much?
Handheld electric fans emit high levels of radiation: report. Handheld electronic fans emit high levels of electromagnetic radiation and should be used at least 25 centimeters from the face, according to a report by nonprofit organization Asian Citizen's Center for Environment and Health, so what is the radiation output of these fans especially since they're right near you're kidneys?

Cools but location of fan is a bit awkward
I liked the cooling capability, no complaints there. Think the battery should have come with the jacket instead of having to purchase separately but not a deal breaker. The only pet peeve is the location of the fans, it is located on your back so while normal walking is fine, it’s impossible to wear in while sitting or driving in car since it really digs into your back. Would have preferred it at front or sides.Pretty good purchase for summer though.
