It’s a very nice system. Comes with a hitch receiver adapter for easy vehicle transfer.Yes, it’s a bit on the higher priced side. But you absolutely get what you pay for. Being able to easily slide it in a standard hitch and the quality of construction. And a nice master lock for security of the rack. Well done.Pro tips:Mine shipped FEDEX. Manufacturer sent as Adult Signature required.Difficulty of install: 3 out of 5 for a non-wrench turner. Mechanically inclined 1 out of 5 for ease of install.Time of install: 15 minutes with the Kobalt impact drill/driver. Probably 40 minutes or longer if you wrench by hand.Literally tighten 4 bolts/nuts. And adjust 8 Allen screws. Pretty straight forward.Read the instructions first. There will be leftover parts. Store them away Incase you ever want to change (re-adapt) the setup or rack support.- Have a flat head screw driver and hammer handy. There could be a few weld spatter burs that may need knocked out of a hole or two.- You will want to have a 14mm ratcheting wrench, a 14 mm socket / wrench AND A SOCKET ADAPTER FOR YIUR IMPACT DRIVER AND A 14MM SOCKET TO SPEED THINGS UP.The bolts are long on the trailer clamp plates.I mounted mine on the frame between the battery box and lp tank. Very sturdy once tightened down.Allen key and master lock included.

2 years in and this has been great. Very versatile going from Camper to truck in a matter of minutes. Its super lightweight but very sturdy. I had to modify the mounting a bit to get it to fit they way I liked on the camper tongue but it is super sturdy even for 2 e-bikes about 100# without batteries. I know this is pricy but so far it has been well worth it.Update 10/24 - After12k miles the mounting frame broke after a hard braking incident where we had to avoid an accident. We did sustain some cosmetic damage to our camper due to the bikes banging into the camper after the bracket broke. Once we noticed the failure, I did a temporary fix to allow us to get home. I was told that this failure was due to us having a cover on our bikes but I do inspect the frame before every trip. Just be aware that there is a possibility that the frame may fail if you need to stop suddenly due to the weight of the bikes shifting forward and back.

The item arrived on time and in good condition. It was exactly as described and made of good quality. However, when I tried to install it, it would not fit on my camper. My camper has a rounded front end that really shortens the distance from the hitch to the front of the camper. I have attached a photo for reference. The seller was courteous and tried to help with some suggestions and I spent several hours trying to figure out a way to make it work. But it just does not fit on my camper. Because I had drilled a couple of holes in the brackets (as per installation instructions] I was charged a re-stocking fee. So, this hitch cost me several hours of time and $100. If you want to buy this product, make sure it will fit before you buy it. It will probably fit most campers, but if your camper has a rounded front end it probably won't work. I rated this item at 3 stars because the seller should probably list a minimum distance requirement between the front of the camper and the hitch so people know in advance whether it will fit or not. If the rack fit my camper I would probably rate it higher, since it was well made. But that was an expensive and aggravating experience for me.

Purchased the one for e-bikes, rated 120 lbs; seemed flimsy to support that much weight. Have a Saris hitch rack; this one is no where near that one. The hooks over the tires, very thin metal. costs a lot, expected more.

It was easy to install and the bikes are sturdy resting in the rack. We have our first road trip in a few weeks and I feel confident we should not have any issues.

I really like the way they've designed this rack so that it can be used on the trailer tongue or as a hitch carrier. Unfortunately my trailer has a weird bump out on the fiberglass nose cone that prevents it from fitting and I was forced to return it. I did have a good look at it and if it will work with your trailer I would recommend it.
