Overall quality seems to be good. The faucet looks very nice matching appearance of much bigger name brands. The brushed nickel finish is very nice and appears to be spot resistant. Initially concerned since it was priced about the same as the big box hardware store's in-store brand. However this products ratings were much higher than theirs. Comforted by the fact that this has a 5 year warranty. Early impressions are that this is definitely a good value for the price.Fairly easy to install, but will definitely need someone to assist to keep unit from turning when screwing on base nut underneath. But it is large and easy to turn and tighten without the need for tools. The supply hoses are preattached which is nice, but were 3-4 inches too short for my application. However my supply valves are located through the floor and not centered. Therefore, they should be long enough for most typical applications. If not, you may need to buy a short extension hose.Now to quality. Water pressure is good. Sprayer and faucet appear to be well made. Easy to change from spray to steady stream. The weighted line holds sprayer in place but not too heavy to make using difficult. Faucet spout easily turns from side to side without resistance.The only thing I am initially concerned about is the soap dispenser. The spout is very long and can easily get in the way of the sink. I'm afraid it will get broken if not careful. I am personally using it for hand soap. Since it is so long, not really practical to use the same hand to dispense and obtain the soap. Otherwise, works as it should and gives plenty of soap with single pump.Overall, I recommend this product. For the price, I am initially very happy with the quality. I will leave updates if anything arises.

So far I like it. The pressure that comes out of the sprayer head is ridiculously strong. I like that I can preset the temperature from the main valve and have it on demand for the sprayer and the pot filling faucet. I like that it saves water by having one handed control over the sprayer, which also only uses water when squeezed. The metal tube leading from the faucet base to the sprayer is stiffer and more difficult to maneuver than the plastic ones I have used in the past. But it also might last longer before leaking. There is a little hook on the sprayer nozzle that can be flipped to keep the sprayer on so you don’t have to squeeze it for water. But you can’t flip the little hook that keeps the sprayer open with one hand. Not a big deal. I really like the smooth action of all of the valves and handles and swivels. I like the look of the faucet in my kitchen. So far, I’m very happy with my purchase.

Very impressed with this product and this seller. I purchased and installed this five years ago. Great value, easy install, excellent functionality. Worked great until a couple of weeks ago when the plastic toggle on the faucet head broke, which meant I could no longer go between a stream and a spray. I contacted the seller who immediately sent a replacement head. It screws right off and the new one fits on--no other maintenance required. Works like new and very happy with such a painless solution. Thanks!

The product is well-packaged and the documents provided are thorough and helpful. Seems like a lot of care went into it, which is very appreciated. The product is not as substantial (heavy) as I had hoped. It feels lighter than expected when using. Otherwise, it is nice looking (clean, modern), the water pressure is good, and all of the functions are useful. A good way to upgrade the appearance and use of the kitchen. The price has dropped twice, and substantially, in the days right after I purchased it, which was disappointing. If I had bought it for the sales price, that would have been even better! Thank you.

Well when I opened the package I was impressed with the quality and design for the price paid. I wanted the non pull up hose and I also wanted the spring holding the hose to be long enough to avoid premature wear against the hose when pulling on it. That is what I got when I opened the package. The sprayer part feels heavy and quality. Thank you. Since now I have installed and used this style of faucet I want to add more opinion. I really like this style. I can turn the faucet on at the lever and it can stay on. Then when I press the sprayer it sprays and turns off. The same with the other flow part of this faucet. The flow lever will turn on and off by one hand and is always water accessible. I truly find this style an ease to use and very functional and convenient to use.

Prior to this fixture we had a very expensive Moen faucet ( $500 ) I had so many issues with it ... I constantly had wet sleeves , because the auto sensor went of any time I was near it. It also stopped working 2x . First time was because it had a clogged filter , at 70 years old I ended up being a plumber replacing the part , while the part was free it took several days for shipping and I was without a working kitchen sink. The second time it quit , I again got a free part from Moen and spent a long time on my back under the sink . It wasn't the problem and per Moen it would need a repair that was equal to a new faucet. I decided to try this faucet because of the great reviews . Wow !! Great spray quality, water pressure and is every bit as attractive as the Moen . Is assembled with quality parts . At a fraction of the cost of the Moen. Highly recommended

I never write reviews but this thing is great! Its the perfect size and the finish is beautiful! Works wonderfully.

I like the product. I like the light brushed gold. So far so good. We are using this faucet for our small vegetable sink. Price point was great!
