I’m very pleased- looks good and works as expected. As others have noted installing it wasn’t hard, but it takes a bit of fiddling to cram the wires into the ceiling unit. My lamp hangs fairly low (so I didn’t need to cram so much in) but I could imagine this being a pain if the lamp is mounted close to the ceiling.

Let me start by saying the light is gorgeous and looks perfect in my space, we were so excited! We did have a problem with diodes going out in the light but seller fully replaced as soon as they knew!It's a perfectly sleek light for any space :)

Decent price and very good quality. It's a little tricky for the DIY, so you might consider hiring a professional. Light changes color which is nice for me as when I'm working under it I prefer brite white lite as my wife prefers softer light.

This is a unique “pendant” light that I’m using to light our dining room table. It is unique in that it has a number of features that are quite nice and its physical appearance is really different from much of what you might find on Amazon and beyond. PROS: The light is housed in a half-shell of wood, very low profile with excellent super thin and straight cables that connect the unit to the ceiling element. We very much like that you really don’t see this fixture during the day as it is quite streamlined. We have a open floor plan, thus did not want a heavy fixture hanging over our dining room table. As for the other features, it has its own remote which works well, is well laid out and is also streamline. In addition, there is an App for this light that works equally well; it took no time to install the app and it is nice to have the ability to control the fixture from my phone. The cables holding the fixture are super fine and hang perfectly straight (e.g. no bends, no kinks, etc.). They are highly adjustable depending on your tastes for how high or low you wish to hang the light. One of the cables contains the electrical connection; the other is just to hold one end of the light up. The light produced reaches both ends of our 78” dining room table. CONS: for the average person, hanging this light will prove challenging if not completely frustrating. I am pretty handy and after seeing the challenges of how the fixture is intended to connect to the ceiling, I “Macgyver’d” it and it worked out just fine. But if you are not creative and intend to use only what the manufacturer has provided, be prepared to face some challenges. The connection to the ceiling is just not that well thought out. I had to add make a number of adjustments to get it to attach and hang perfectly. It worked out but I thought, if the average joe with few tools is trying to hang this, yikes!. I am not a fan of the “block” that the fixtures uses to attach to the ceiling; it is chunky especially compared to the super streamline appearance of the light fixture itself. That said, it is tolerable and does provide ample space inside to hide the wiring and excess cable. Lastly on the CONS list is the actual light quality. The fixture is LED and does include both its own dimming control as well as color temperature control. However, as is true with the vast majority of LED lighting right now (IMO), the color temperature and overall light quality needs to get better. LED lighting tends to be more blue versus warm. You cannot achieve a warm halogen-like color temp (3,000k) with this unit and certainly not anything close to the 2,700k mark of warmer light. Thus, I am not thrilled with the color temp but much like most LED lighting, it’s a give and take: very low wattage consumed, always stays cool to the touch and can fit into tiny fixtures like this one. But you give up “light quality” and to be frank, it is rare to find an LED fixture right now that has good light quality. It will get there but we are not there yet.Overall, we kept this light and enjoy it daily. Maybe one day I will take it apart and put my own LED strip inside that has the right color temp and light quality. For now, we are happy with it as is.

This light looks great in my listening room above the countertop bar. It has a slick, modern design and I love that you can dim it and adjust the color temperature. Really adds a nice touch to the space!

The media could not be loaded. If you are a seasoned diy-er, this light will be great! Installation is pretty straightforward, and based on some other reviews they have made updates to the mounting bracket. In other reviews it showed spot welds that made it difficult to mount to an existing electrical box and align the light so it hung in a specific orientation. I received a package that had screw mounts so it was easy enough to adjust for that (unnecessary in my case, since mine was an addition and not a fixture change.Pros:Comes with everything you need to make it work. (Minus tools of course and the electrical wiring/breaker/box if you are doing a new install) The wires are a bit long if you are mounting it high with less exposed wires but there is plenty of room in the ceiling mount to spool up the excess. I love the adjustable color and brightness settings. Makes it super nice for adjusting a dining table from schoolwork, to eating food, or just to have a night light when the day is done. The remote seems sturdy and while it’s not the highest quality plastic (glass fiber reinforced, abs, etc) it definitely seems like it will survive a drop on a hardwood floor and the battery compartment cover won’t break from simply changing out batteries. It’s really lightweight which is great, since the suspension cords are also what control the light. Yes, if you stare directly into the lights, it is a bit like an office light. I can’t really complain about that because it’s exactly what I wanted. A light over my table that could be bright and clear enough for my kid to build legos or do homework and one that could also dim and warm when we set down for dinner. It excels at multifunctional lighting on a multifunctional working surface.Cons:I think for the $150+ price point, they should have included a wall mount for the remote. Not a huge issue since you can get magnet mounts cheap but it’s nice to have a form fit mount when you’re spending over a c-note.You will need to be super creative or have a set of helping hands when installing this. It’s weird and clunky and awkward to adjust and level without risk of damaging the finish or your table or whatever is below it. Don’t get me wrong, it can be done, it’s just super stressful when the cords are flailing about and your trying desperately not to have a suspended 4foot stick bang against something that could be regrettable.
