Q: Can this be used for house wrap, tyvek, OR will it cut thru the tyvek with the hammer action?

I put up tyvek on two houses with mine with no problems. I used 3/8" staples and was putting the wrap over plywood sheathing. You don't need to swing as hard as you can to accomplish this. Drive a few staples into the wood to get the feel for how hard a blow you need to completely seat the staple.

Q: What size staples does it use?

Stamped into the metal chassis are the staple sizes actually accepted by this product, and it only accepts up to 1/2 inch staples. This hammer stapler by Arrow DOES NOT handle 9/16 staples... I tried and they won't fit.

Q: how to reload staples

It is extremely easy to reload, simply pull out the sliding shaft, place the row of new staples in the slot and slide the unit back together. This was a particularly user friendly feature when walking through the woods posting No Trespassing/No Hunting signs.

Q: Can this be used on engineered hardwood flooring underlayment? I've seen people using a stapler powered by an air compressor. Looking for cheaper opt

No this stapler isn't designed for that. The staples are to wide. I'm sure the air stapler you saw being used was a 1/4 inch crown stapler!
