Very thick matt
I love this matt. I struggled with thin matts as they would hurt my back as I m rather slim. This is perfect for my pilates and I find it very comfortable. I had it for over a year now and it's very good quality. Highly recommended.

Does what we need it to do! Nice thick foam let's her roll to her hearts content with no worries. Folds nicely and goes in the corner. Handles feel stuck on well! Worth the money

Not hard or too soft , just impact perfect . Nice size too.
Great for people who hv a disability and need to be able to exercise without further injuring themselves . With bad back or hip problems it makes you feel safer using a mat like this . I know .

Very light and firm. I bought it as a padding under aireal hoop, and also to use it as a work out matt. Love that it's so easy to fold and all 3 layers create very reliable landing spot. Easy to use, arrived super fast. Overall very pleased with purchase and service.

Good for flats
Ordered this as a gift for a friend that lives in a flat at 1st floor and didn't want to make noise or bother her neighbours while exercising. She was thrilled with it.
