Although the label was entirely, totally different then the label pictured in the website, the product worked flawlessly. Initially, I was anxious about the ballast but my anxieties quickly dissipated when I flipped on the light switch. I will not hesitate to buy this ballast for either of my two identical fixtures when they give up the ghost.

Fulham Lighting WH3-120-L Workhorse 3 this is exact for ATS SE-15 UV water filter
My ballast failed in UV water filter ATS SE-15 and I needed replacement. (red light and continuous beep of doom) Fulham Lighting WH3-120-L Workhorse 3 is the same as old ballast that was in the filter. Swapped ballast and system is back up and running. Thank you. Perfect fit.

Just what I needed
Lamp in my UV water filter wasn't lighting up. Lamp tested good at local shop and I was told it was likely the ballast. Ordered this one as it was exact same thing as the bad one. Had to rewire the plug but it works now.

Lasted 2 months
This ballast only lasted 2 months. Luckily I bought 2, we will see how long the second one lasts. Also will see if they honor the 1yr warranty once I can get their website warranty claim page to work correctly.

Makes Sure You Get The Correct Model For Your Needs
There are many models of ballast (transformer) made by Fulham even for LEDs so check their website for dimensions, capabilities, specifications, warranty and wiring diagrams (also printed on the ballast label) if you are upgrading from existing older style ballast wiring (don't worry it is simple and you can use small twist wire nuts for the splicing). This particular model line is fairly compact plus it has a light weight aluminum casing which makes it easy to do minor tweaks or modify the fastening slots. Being a solid state-electronic ballast, it does not 'buzz' or 'hum' or cause interference on your house wiring and will not heat up as much as older style ballasts. Total silence when powered on. Handles T-5, T-8, T-12, etc. Worked for dual shorter tubes (F17T8 - 2ft) in my case but can do other configurations you might have.

Burned out in 3 months
This ballast was for a PURTEST ultraviolet light. Installed Late January 2024, burned out Early May 2024. Thinking it should have lasted a bit longer than 3 months. Called Fulham for a replacement under warranty got a voicemail. Left a detailed message, we will see if I get a call back.Did get a call back replacement was sent out that day. Hope it was just a fluke

Good and durable
Replaced a rapid start ballast completely. The size is compact so it will fit into most of the boxes.Been using for a month now without problem. It supports a large range of lamps so I can put my HO ones in now. Very stable so far, not premature burn for the bulbs.

Excellent Product and Service
Have been using Workhorse 3 ballasts for jumpered T5 sockets for years. Our electrical supplier said they were discontinued and could not get, so luckily could buy here, thank you.
