I've been working on a pork tenderloin recipe that called for truffles. So I experimented with this white truffle sauce and it was the perfect compliment to my dish. The fragrant aroma of the truffles actually pairs very well with a variety of proteins as well as pastas and veggies. I'm going to find more ways to incorporate this truffle sauce into meals, cuz I love the flavor and complexity it adds to food.
