Bought this for our son's soccer team so it gets used for three to four months and will sit for another two months until the next season comes around. The timing of this is important.We used the bench in Fall 2018 season and just pulled it back out for the Spring 2019 season to find the anchor and the screw holding the seat to the frame is missing. Looked everywhere for it but guessing it's still on a soccer field somewhere.Since the bench is 95% still working fine, we contacted the seller to request a replacement anchor and screw. This was a week prior to the 6-month warranty period had ended. According to Amazon we need to give the sellers 48 hours to respond. I gave them four days without any response so I filed to claim to get some communication started. I just received a notice today that I've been denied my claim as we've exceeded the 6-month warranty period. This is being escalated. Not looking for a refund, just need the replacement parts.Regardless of my outcome, for all those who purchase or plan to purchase, make sure you regularly tighten the screws attached to the anchors holding the cloth seat to the frame. You just need a normal Philips head screwdriver; you can see on the bottom along the front of the seat This wasn't a fluke as another one of the screws came out on the field (found that one) and another screw was close to falling out.The bench itself is good quality as long as you make sure things are secure. Dropping this 3 stars with how the seller is handling this.We're using three zip-ties for the time being just so we can continue using the bench hoping it doesn't get damaged any further.Moral of the story: Tighten the screws!

So far, so good. It's compact when not used and support when used. I'm near 300 lbs and any seat I've been has been equally supportive and comfortable. This will be great for my family of six. :)

I bought my first bench over a year ago, after less than a dozen games with 10 year olds the bench poles were bursting through the top seams. I contacted the company and they sent a new bench. I used the bench one last game of the season last fall. Because of Covid there were no games this spring. We are now a couple games into the fall season and the seams have ripped and the poles are breaking through the fabric just like last time, again less than a dozen games have been played where the bench has been used on the sideline. This has been a waste of money, especially since it has been a bench for young, small 10 and 11 year old soccer players and cannot even hold up to their weight. I do not recommend this product.

I run a non-profit sports team that supports youth bmx riders. The kids raised money to buy two sets of these benches. Within the first few uses they had started to tare at the back supports. I had been emailing the company on this problem and was told they could either replace the benches or return our money, the decision was up to me. Next I was asked for pictures. Then I was told to ask my neighbor for help if I couldnt figure out how to send those, 🤦‍♀️. Finally, they went back on the offer and said that it was not within return eligibility (these were bought in winter but used in summer) and to find someone to repair them. So they went from sure let's get you a new product to go figure it out yourself. Just beware that these benches only lasted a few uses before they fell apart. My fault for not knowing about this sooner but again by the time our race season started we were left with a faulty product and a waste of money.

Our granddaughter's cross country team needed benches like this and we found these at a great price. The reviews were exactly correct in regard to the quality and value, and to the issue of a chemical smell that they came with. The smell was something like fish, but we left them to air out for four days and Febrezed them at least once each day to get rid of the smell before giving them to the team. The kids and coaches love them and they're very easy to set up and take down. The bags which others have said were flimsy seem good to us and have had no issues so far. We'd recommend these, with the caveat that they need to be aired out, and would purchase them for other teams.

Bought this for the soccer team and the kids loved it. Chair feels sturdy. It is a bit heavy, but that's to be expected for the sturdy quality. The only issue I had was that the chair would topple over on an extremely windy day, but that has more to do with the fact that the chair has backing then anything being defective. Overall, really enjoying the product.

I ordered two, had to fix one right out of the box and the others carry bag is coming loose at the seems. I hope they last me at least a season. Spend the extra $$$ and buy quality. We will see how they hold up. Not impressed so far.

This is the business!!! I'm so happy I found this! I cant say enough good things! Easy to unfold and fold. Love the bag it comes in. Easy to carry. Color is pretty. My entire family of six can sit comfortably. I have a big rear and I can sit comfortably. We used it for 4th of July fireworks, games, and plan to bring it to the beach. I wish I would've found this product sooner! I get tons of compliments on it. So lightweight, my 7 year old can carry it in the bag!
