I tried 3 different types of screws each claiming not to rust, even stainless steel, but they all rusted. These ones are strong and free of rust.

Worked great for my application. I wanted to shorten the length of a taro with grommets. These fit perfectly and won't rust.

I used these in a submerged application. Anything above finger torque will strip the threads.
