The taste is very delicious. The way the bottle is presented in the packaging is nice as well. Outside of high end restaurants, I haven't had the opportunity to have real balsamic vinegar in my posession. The taste cannot be and should not be compared to anything you purchase in a grocery store. It is pricy, but if you are a true lover of the real deal, I think this is a solid purchase.
