These will last a lifetime with a little bit of care. This is a real Lionel train set, just like the old days, with features that bring it into a new century! Don't waste your money on that $89 set, its battery powered plastic.

Awesome gift for my daughter. Really high quality and packaged well.I really enjoy letting her make the layouts (with extra track)... and she loves the creativity!

Came with broken wheels on locomotive
So disappointed in this product. My daughter was so excited getting this for XMas and we could. Or understand why it keeps derailing! Just o find that it shipped with broken wheels on locomotive! Bad quality by Lionel. And the rubber track toon tires are slipping off the wheels!
