Yes it is, microwave and dishwasher safe. I use them when taking my lunch to work

How do you stop the black dots from rubbing off onto your fingers? I’m so disappointed that this happens. Can anyone help?

Mine don’t rub off. I would send it back. I was disappointed they placed the sticker on the plastic lid. I had a hard time getting all the goo off.

CAn it go in the oven?

Yes but do not add the lid it could melt but also keep in mind it has black spots which could melt but I’ve used mine in the oven at a lower temperature and it was fine

what size are the dot glasses no color?

Each dot is about the size of a quesrter. One had chiped a little already and they are hand wash only.
