Freezer rock hard. Not flexible to provide contoured pain and swelling relief.
Item is much smaller than appears in photos. Does not go down as far on back/shoulders blades as portrayed.Gel is not flexible after freezing. Its rock hard and uncomfortable.

Too tight to close around neck, and I am a small woman. It also got too stiff in the freezer, didn't stay flexible.

Nice concept but the first time I put it in the freezer to chill it ripped and was spilling out the gel everywhere. Poor material.
