Rarely do I write reviews....positive or negative but after 4 days of utilizing this wheel I felt compelled to educate others on the benefits of this tool. I purchased the chirp 4 pack as well as a couple 3 packs of other manufacturers to compare. Get the chirp! The reason is very simple, the spinal channel in the wheel is patented and makes a huge difference. The wheels are pretty much identical other than that but that one little addition makes a world of difference. My reason for purchase is my Thoracic spine is chronically tight and my chiropractor mentioned the chirp to me. I'm not some one who sees a chiropractor regularly....5-10 times a year.....but this wheel delivers all the cracks my chiropractor gives me in my mid back. I use this 2 to 3 times a day and just in a short time have seen noticeable improvement in my thoracic spine and posture improvement. I would recommend the variety pack and so you can see which ones are good for you.. I use the small ones on my neck and large ones on my back. You don't need all 4 send them back and just get the one you use most. I have very mild scoliosis and would not recommend this if you have scoliosis without consulting a doctor. I see no issues with durability and hope this review encourages others to try the chirp. I was not paid nor given the chirp for my review; just very impressed and want to make others aware.

At this moment I can hear my husband telling the Chirp wheels how much he loves them… ha! But they really are great for both stretching and back pain relief. The large on is the best for the lower back and stretching out the hips. I love getting my back cracked on a foam roller but the stretching is where the pain relief comes in! The reviews saying they are dangerous… I mean yes I fell off of mine then read the directions after haha have not had a problem since following the recommended body position and mechanics. We love these things!

This is one of my most favorite things I have purchased for my self care routine. I’m fairly flexible and curvy woman yet the various sizes allow me to get an amazing deep stretch on various parts of my body. I originally ordered the xl wheel and fell in love. It’s study for us heavier ladies, I'm around 200lbs and the wheels support me with no issues. The cost for the 4 pack was well worth it and it was covered by FSA! There is a position I get into using the xl wheel that allows you to stretch out your pecs and shoulders it’s absolute heaven! There is a booklet that comes with that provides suggestions on how to use the various sizes. They are light yet very durable. Don’t buy the knock offs. You’re worth it, buy the good stuff.

Suffer from chronic back pain, thought I’d give this a try - using up FSA benefits before end of year. Does your back crack as videos on internet indicate - YES - does it feel good to use - NOPE! Lol. Catch 22. It does provide relief in the moment - however, I haven’t used the 2nd smallest size - I have occasionally tried the smallest one for your neck - which I personally think the foam cloud item for neck is more comfortable. To crack my back I use the 2nd to last large roller - and it works great each time. The large one is definitely the most bearable. I use it maybe about 2 to three times a week. If it’s out of sight, it’s probably out of mind - don’t feel like the price should be so much, but in comparison to going to chiro DR - it obviously saves money. Not sure how long term use would provide results considering I’ve only had for less than a month. Worth a try - but again I warn you - it’s one of those hurts so good moments (that’s my opinion)

I bought my Chirp in December 2024. I have used it multiple times per week since then. I have only used on a carpeted floor and rolled my back on them. The second largest wheel cracked on August 21, 2025. The Chirp has really been beneficial to keep my back stretched and strengthened. I have recommended to others until it cracked after 8 months of use. Disappointing to say the least. The bright spot that redeemed this experience was that it does come with a 1 year warranty. The process to file a claim was quick and easy. The replacement wheel has been shipped. Excellent communication and customer service!

This Chirp wheel works really well for stretching out my back. It hits those tight spots along the spine and gives instant relief. Definitely something I use regularly now.

I originally got the 4 size pack, but quickly found that I only really liked using two of them: the 4-inch for my sacro-iliac joint, and the 6-inch for my back. Well, after just under two years of using them, the 6-inch cracked. It had been making some alarming creaking / cracking noises in the last few sessions, so if that happens, just get rid of it then--I do not recommend the experience of it fully giving way. I weigh about 250 lb, so I'm nowhere near the "500lb weight tested" limit they mention. Plastics do tend to decay and get brittle with age, but I thought that would take longer than this. I'm thinking I'll try one of the cheap foam rollers, as this is more like the life span I expected from those.

I have to deduct one star for the price of those (could be a lot lower to help more people). That being said, they really work and I use them at least twice a day. So if you tried everything else, like me, then go for it.

Only had them a few days and loving them. The thicker padding & contour and no spine pressure. I use all sizes on back. Small helps lower back & neck. Mid size is great for mid back to loosen tight muscles. Large is nice for gentle stretch. Own other brands including original set from Plexus they work well but these are a step above. Contour & padding make the difference. Only issue is padding separates from roller after time so you have to re glue it back on.

Cool concept. Can't justify the price point. You can get cheaper products for same effect.

not worth the money, I'm a PT just buy a foam roller

Wheels work great, but as noted by others they crack. Originally ordered the set, but the 10” cracked. I ordered a replacement and it has now cracked as well.
