I bought this in November...yes I should have looked at it. Well my handyman wasn't able to use this until just last week. So when I opened it and the metal bars were not in the box. Not sure what happened!!

The product looks very nice, it is sturdy and easy to hang.. we placed an order and customer service contacted US!!! To make sure we're ordering the right parts and kept in contact with us till it was hung with the doors as the doors were very heavy... it has never happened to us before such support!! That I had to write this review..Great product truthfully.

This has everything you need to setup a double barn door. Quality was as expected of most things. If there was a complaint it would be the wall anchors or the lack of additional holes for different lag bolt locations. if your studs do not exactly line up with the holes you use a drywall anchor. the ones supplied were quite cheap and not up to the task so I went out and bought heavy duty t type wall anchors which took care of my mounting needs. i was pleased with everything else in the kit. better drywall anchors and maybe additional holes in the bar to fit more than a standard perfect setup would have easily made this 5 stars. yes i could have drilled my own holes but then finding matching paint

Very heavy duty. Have not installed it yet. Waiting on doors. Love what we see.

somewhat hard to install but look very nice

This hardware is huge. You need a really large opening for this to work. I thought my opening was large enough, but there is at least an 8 inch overlap for the doors. Which means you lose 8 inches of opening space. The doors also hang really far away from the wall leaving a big gap. Would not buy again. Disappointed how it came out.
