Super healthy
I ddn't have a cold for 3 years, after I started drinking Bio-K in a concoction with yogurt and milk - the milk cuts the acidic flavor. The formula: 1. 1/3 bottle of plain Bio K; 2. 5 heaping TBS of 7 Star Farms lo fat yogurt; 3. a glass of 2 percent milk. 4. Pour the Bio K & Yogurt into the glass, then pour in milk and stir like crazy.

Great Company!!! one word of advice
I bought in bulk, however, this is not a product to be bough in bulk when considering the shelf life. I enjoyed the product but had 4 boxes with only a 38 day shelf life. I contact the sellers and they made it right. to be fair, the thought crossed my mind that the shelf life would be short and it very well could have been my own fault but they took care of me. just understand when buying the product, it has about 40 days of shelf life

This item made st stay cold
The product was shipped without ice , it was warm and spoiled, had to throw it out for fear it would harm my stomach

Tastes horrible but very powerful probiotic!
Tastes bad, but very good for you! Definitely got the cultures in it to heal the gut!

Watch out for poor delivery service, otherwise a great product
I like the product but it took at least three attempts for them to get it delivered without having the packaging completely crushed and the probiotics ruined.

1/4 a day!
I recently started drinking Bio K Plus in the mornings. I do the recommended 1/4 of the bottle a day. I got the original flavor and really enjoy that it doesn't have an overpowering taste. So far, I've noticed an improvement in my gut health and hope to continue using it to see what other effects it has on my overall health.

Bio-K Plus is a life saver!
I was having digestive and intestinal problems for months. Nothing I did or my Dr. suggested worked. I decided to try Bio-K Plus. Within 5 to seven days I no longer had my problems. Bio-K Plus is the best!!

Bad Taste
The taste of the original flavor was so bad I couldn’t get it down. It takes like sour milk a month old. I tried putting it into a smoothie and it gave the drink a sour taste.
