The rule of thumb for most foam washes is to use once to twice a week and no more. I am using this every single day with no dryness. Do I have an overly-oily skin? No, I don't. Matter affect I thought perhaps my skin is on the drying side now over 40 but it seems I have no problem using this every day. It just takes times for the skin to adapt. My skin seems to adapt to many things causing many products to not work over time. Then again, many products are by design to not work long term so you will buy more. Yes, it does sting the eyes. You do have to shut your eyes very tight and clean in the corners of your closed eyes.

I've been using this for about 2 years and I like it. The foam is creamy and soft and slightly smells like green tea (?). It cleans the skin well, although it leaves my skin a little dry (not too much though). My nose pores have significantly reduced, so it worked for me. I have sensitive skin and didn't have any reactions :)
