How to remove the adhesive cable clips from a wall surface? Can these cable management clips be removed cleanly? Does it damage the paint while removi

Use a hair dryer to heat the clip before removing from painted surfaces.

What color is the backing tape of the led light clips? Are these wall cable clips strong enough to hold ethernet cable up?

The backing tape of our wire holders clips are transparent, the adhesive is strong enough to hang up to 3.3 lb according to our experimental results.

What is the difference in the size of the opening between the small and large clips? i'm trying to use these for led strip lighting that is .39" wide.

Dear Ginteegint, Sorry for late reply, our small clear cable clips suitable for wire diameter within 0.26 inch, large cable clips suitable for diameter within 0.3 inch. We recommend you choose our white large cable clips: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09DWRTZG8, clear cable clips may break if the cable is large than 0.3 inch. Best TidyHelper

Will a thin phone charger cable be secure in these cable management clips or is the opening too big?

yes, our ethernet cable clips are R shape design, very small opening gap, to ensure the cable not fall off.
