This is the best mastic gum I've tried to date, and I've tried quite a few. Most I've tried contain little, sorry pebble-sized pieces which require a bunch chomped together to get any effect. This stuff is mostly comprised of large, monster pieces - one piece can last hours (probably multiple sessions if you want, I just happen to use a new piece each time).Also, many have a weird taste to them - or try to "sugar it up" with a bunch of artificial stuff; this has none of that and is nearly tasteless, in my opinion. Which is perfect for this type of thing, I think, since its purpose is to work on your jaw muscles without including a bunch of sugar or preservatives.A+ stuff, I'll get more when I finish this can.

The gum is definitely hard to chew, I remember when I munched on the gum for a hour I got my jaw sore the next day (don’t overdo it lol)The flavor lasts for 30- 60 seconds than its gone which I guess makes sense since the purpose of this gum is to build jaw muscles and not “enlighten” your taste buds

Do not buy unless you have Covid and cannot taste anything.
